  • Daniele Ryman is the world's leading authority on aromatherapy. Her award-winning talent in this field has resulted in 6 books published worldwide and a 40+ year pioneering heritage
  • Having previously provided consultancy and custom formulations to private clients as well as creating ranges for numerous international airlines including Virgin Atlantic and Cathay Pacific, the opportunity arose to sell her products via TV shopping
  • She wasn't very pleased with early teleshopping attempts. A native French speaker and not used to giving presentations, she came to us for help

Solution:

  • A number of short, two-hour sessions, tailored to each opportunity and, later, coaching for platform presentations related to product launches

  • Daniele's products experienced a sell-out or near sell-out on every shopping channel she appeared on including QVC USA and others around the world
  • This led to the launch of a 50-product, Daniele Ryman Aromacology range in Marks & Spencer retail stores worldwide in a multi-million pound deal
  • And, later, the creation of a range specially commissioned for Boots - the UK's largest retail chemist - and sold across the country
